Recipe

Makes: 4 Servings Ingredients: 4 Cups Whole Grain Flour 5 Green Chillies - Chopped 1 Tablespoon Salt 3 Large, Brown Potato - Peeled & Mashed 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 1/4 Tablespoon Coriander 3 Tablespoon Butter 2 Cup Rice Flour 1 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Beans - Chopped 1 Cup Carrots - Granted Directions: 1) Peel, cook & mash potatoes. 2) Mix whole grain flower and salt. 3) Fry vegetables in oil & let them cool. 4) Add vegetables to flower and salt and sprinkle coriander over the top. 5) Add the butter and mashed potatoes. 6) Knead the mixture and roll it over the rice flour. 7) Make Rotis with the dough and then bake it on a greased cookie sheet until golden brown. 8) Serve with desired topping.
